I have always loved cooking and tonight is no exception!
I had a few ideas up my sleeve but opted for home made fish cakes, cayenne pepper dip and a saucy salad.
I must say it was rather tasty!, the fish cakes were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of crunch!.
